Production designer Martin Laing gives us a peek at the concepts and designs that are going into the new Terminator Salvation film.   1. An amazing look at the new terminator. It’s already better than T3. Should be wonderful to watch on screen. And this is coming from a film critic/lesser degree fanboy. Love it. Thanks to your site for putting it up.

  2. This is lame the whole point is to have robots that can blend in as humans and that only dog’s can tell the difference when are around not to just make a story that throws everything before it away.

No David, this is 2018, before the infiltrator series was sent out, skynet is only starting to make robots that look like humans (if you recall Kyle Reese says in T1 that the T800 is new (T800 being arnies series) and before that they had the T600 which was easily spotted because of its rubber skin, so no, they are not all meant to be only identified by bark happy dogs. Another thing to remember is that this film is set in the early years of the war, the events of Terminator 1 happened at the very end of the war when the resistance had all but won
