Something about this film takes me back. Sure, it takes place in the awesome year of 1979 (best year EVAR) but there’s something else that makes it feel to a throw back to the days of “The Goonies” and I’m kinda excited to see an adventure of that caliber on the big screen with a modern flavor. With J.J. Abrams at the helm and Steven Spielberg as his first mate as executive producer on this project, the potential for a groundbreaking film is very much present. And the relatively ambiguous trailer doesn’t spoil a darn thing. I like that. So what do you think of the trailer? Did it convince you to see a film with an unknown cast?
