First official pics from Kick-Ass show up online

So I’ve been anxiously awaiting the slow release of the Kick-Ass comic book series every month and even though we’re hit with a delay every time it about to come out, I’m still looking forward to seeing how the film adaptation of the series will turn out. Today, Newsarama premiered the first official pics from the production and they look….aight. I’m just worried on how the bright costume is going to look in contrast to our real world where the film takes place, a world without heroes. Still, I’m looking forward but I can’t help but to see that this has the possibility to head towards Roger Corman territory. Still, keeping those fingers crossed for a decent movie that sticks to the scource material a little better than Millar’s last adaptation in Wanted.

  1. I think it’s dope that his costume looks true to the comic. We’re usually complaining about how shit doesn’t translate to film like it should. That first pic has me very excited (no homo).
