New G.I. Joe posers drop, sans faces

gijoe2 Unlike the Transformers 2 poster that was revealed a few weeks ago, which was all face, these new G.I. Joe ones have a lot less of that nonsense. I guess the lack of big budget stars in the film can afford the studio to do something like that so all we get are a bunch of bodies looking all Matrix meets Batman & Robin. Well, the rumor is that we’ll be getting our first glimpse of the film this Super Bowl Sunday so you probably won’t have to wait too much longer to see the film in action. Also: After a day to think about it. That other dude (is that Hawk?) looks like a douche, too. I don’t know who he is and I don’t care. And I’m not so sold on this picture of Snake Eyes either. Is he wearing a shirt? Why is his skin black? What is this the X-men? WTF? Also, the Baroness (I assume that is the Baroness) looks too American. I hope they give her some terrible fake accent, like Natasha from Rocky and Bullwinkle.

I’ll probably see the movie (cause I’m a glutton for punishment) but these pictures aren’t helping convince me it will be good.
